A beloved local gem for grilled offal

Motsuyaki-dokoro Binoda is a hidden gem in Tachikawa where you can enjoy grilled offal and fresh sashimi. The carefully prepared dishes enhance the flavors of the ingredients, and each visit offers a new appetizer to savor. In addition to grilled chicken skewers, the diverse menu includes stews and rare cuts of sashimi, making it an appealing choice.

The interior is comfortable and spacious, allowing you to enjoy the aromas as well. The first mini salad has an impressive dressing that whets your appetite. The simmered pork with salt has a refreshing deliciousness, and the skewers that follow are grilled just right. The liver and harami pair well with the salt, and the sauce for the tsukune is also good; I particularly liked the cartilage. The freshness of the kobukuro and the refreshing taste of the vinegar gatsu are also nice, and you can enjoy mixing white and black Hoppy according to your preference. Even when it's crowded, the staff's service is pleasant, and it's understandable that the seats fill up quickly due to its popularity.
