This is a shop with a calm atmosphere within the Shigira Resort. The shabu-shabu made with Agu pork, enjoyed with a broth containing aosa seaweed, is surprisingly light yet rich in flavor. When you dip the crunchy white leeks in, the aroma spreads gently. The cucumber dressed with miso has a rich miso flavor that serves as an accent, making it a dish that pairs well with alcohol. The cold soba combined with shikuwasa and sea grapes that I chose for the finale has a refreshing aftertaste, allowing you to feel the island breeze. It is a pleasant space where you can enjoy both snacks and soba in an izakaya-like atmosphere, so I think it is worth stopping by during your resort stay.
