The shop is located in a quiet place in the mountains, with a refreshing breeze from the river. The interior is lively, and I am happy that there is a tatami room. The smooth soba noodles are combined with plenty of mountain blessings, making it very delicious. The grilled river fish is plump and has just the right amount of salt, and I ate it eagerly. The stewed summer vegetables, stir-fried deer, and seasonal tempura each have distinct flavors, making it enjoyable. The chirping of birds is pleasant, and I can fully savor the bounty of the mountains.
