A serene soba restaurant where you can enjoy fragrant soba

Soba-dokoro Tsubame is a place where you can enjoy aromatic soba made from buckwheat sourced from the Oku-Oyama region. The interior is quiet and calming, characterized by attentive service. The exquisite dipping sauce enhances the flavor of the soba, and the refreshing soba tea further elevates the meal. It's a lovely space where you can savor the deliciousness of soba while enjoying the fragrance of yuzu.

The interior is new and clean, with both counter and window seats that are comfortable. The soba tea that comes out first is fragrant and soothing. The soba from Oku-Oyama has a clear color and is thin, with a light mouthfeel. When enjoyed with salt, the aroma becomes even more pronounced, and the chopsticks keep moving. The walnut sauce has a pleasant texture and is not heavy, making it a perfect match with the noodles. The soba pudding is not too sweet, and the aroma is reminiscent of roasted nuts, which is delightful.
