The interior is clean and allows for relaxation at the counter and on the raised seating. Two appetizers are served, both with a careful flavor that is delightful. The sashimi, including flounder, yellowtail, sea bream, and marinated mackerel, is all very fresh, and you can also taste the richness of aging. In particular, the marinated mackerel has a good amount of fat, and the sweetness that spreads afterward leaves a lasting impression. The cod milt with ponzu is made with homemade ponzu that has a gentle sourness, and the pufferfish skin with ponzu has a pleasant texture that pairs well. The dried genge and sweet shrimp tempura also go well with sake, and the staff's recommendations are kind, making for a comfortable atmosphere.
