'Unagi Banto Taro' is a brand eel that is as close as possible to the descending eel of the Tone River. The feed is made with an original feed developed in collaboration with a feed manufacturer, and live horse mackerel is given as food, resulting in the finest eel packed with umami and sweetness. The thickness of the flesh, the quality of the fat, and the umami are exceptional.

You can change the soup to 'kimo-sui' for an additional 231 yen.
