A restaurant where you can enjoy authentic soba and tempura

Located near the sports park in Yachiyo City, Soba Ichi is renowned for its hand-made soba and crispy tempura. The owner's carefully crafted hand-made soba is smooth and rich in flavor. It harmonizes perfectly with the robust broth flavored with bonito flakes, offering a charm that cannot be fully appreciated in just one visit.

This is a handmade soba shop located along the street near the park, with a rustic atmosphere. There are a few parking spaces in front, making it easy to access by car. The shop has table seating and a raised area, and families as well as local workers come here. The tea served in a teapot is delightful, allowing for a pleasant experience. The soba has a nice chewy texture and pairs well with the flavorful dipping sauce. It is accompanied by spicy daikon radish and salad, allowing for a variety of tastes to enjoy.
