You can relax in a warm atmosphere typical of an izakaya. The chirashi soy sauce ramen I ordered for lunch looked well-presented and lifted my spirits. The soy-based soup has a rich, mellow flavor that keeps it enjoyable until the last sip. The medium-thick straight noodles have a good bite and pair excellently with the soup. The low-temperature cooked rare chashu, naruto, and seasoned egg are all distinct in their presence, with the chashu's umami being particularly impressive. In the evening, there is also a selection of dishes like sashimi and crab cream croquettes, making the menu rich beyond just ramen.
