We directly source our carefully selected coffee beans from contracted roasters and have them roasted exclusively for our shop. We also sell beans by weight. Prices start at 420 yen for 100g.

The beans are harvested after being fully ripened to a grape color on the tree, naturally dried in the sun, and then left to rest for at least 45 days until the sweetness seeps in.
