Creative Japanese cuisine bursting with seasonal flavors

Shunsai Washoku Negishi is a Japanese izakaya located a short walk from the station. The owner, with over 20 years of experience in fine dining, uses carefully selected seasonal fresh fish and ingredients from the market to create innovative dishes such as sashimi, grilled items, and fried delicacies. The dishes, especially those enhanced with dashi, pair exceptionally well with sake, making your dining experience even more enjoyable when enjoyed together. This establishment is perfect for casual dining, banquets, and important business meetings, all within a calm and inviting atmosphere.

In a cozy shop centered around a small counter, you can quickly relax with the warm hospitality of the couple. The aroma of the broth is clearly conveyed from the appetizers, and dishes like simmered whelk and ohitashi have a gentle flavor. The thickly sliced sashimi platter includes bonito, sea urchin, and golden eye snapper, all of which are incredibly fresh and melt in your mouth. The tempura of sweet shrimp, including the heads, and the spring taranome are crispy and light, making it a delightful seasonal experience. Dishes like butter-soy sauce stir-fried scallops and asparagus, and dashimaki tamago with mentaiko are thoughtfully prepared, enhancing the enjoyment of the drinks. Finishing with hand-made soba noodles, the aroma rises, making for a highly satisfying meal until the very end.
