A popular yakiniku diner with a retro atmosphere

Chuo Shokudo is a popular yakiniku diner in Nakanojo Town with over 50 years of history. You can enjoy a wide variety of dishes centered around grilled meat in a retro interior that evokes the Showa era. The particularly popular kalbi ramen features a rich broth and a variety of ingredients that are simply exquisite.

The retro space remains as it is, and you feel at ease the moment you enter. The signature kalbi ramen has a spicy yet rich broth, with a hint of sweetness. The chewy noodles are generously served, making it very satisfying to eat. There are about ten different ingredients, so the texture changes with every bite, making it enjoyable. The grilled kalbi and harami are also seasoned strongly, making the rice go down easily. Even when full, I found myself wanting the crispy rice from the stone pot bibimbap, making it an overall highly satisfying diner.

I think more than half of the lunch visitors, including myself, are eating this.
