Eat fire, sweat, and laugh. It's super spicy yet happy. That's the momosakutree style. Caution: extremely spicy, not recommended. It's better to refrain. ★ Please make your own judgment when consuming, and the restaurant will not be responsible for any health issues.
(with Rice) The deliciousness of Yamagata beef combined with the numbing sensation of Sichuan pepper and the overwhelming spiciness of chili peppers creates the 'Extra Spicy Mapo.' You might experience a strange happy phenomenon where you 'cry from the spiciness,' 'can't stop sweating,' and 'still want to eat it again.'
A bowl of extra spicy Mapo noodles coated with a special Mapo sauce. The numbing pepper and chili attack relentlessly, but the chewy noodles and the flavor of beef support it. For those who love spicy food, it is both a trial and a pleasure.
(Beef spicy stew, seasonal fish spicy stew) Sinking into the river of fire, two dragons. A genuine boiled style reminiscent of Sichuan hot pot. Tenderly stewed beef and seasonal fish float in a sea of chili and spices, a 'two kinds platter.' Magnificent and beautiful, yet intensely spicy.
(Seasonal fish in spicy broth) A dish made with seasonal fish slowly simmered in a special soup rich with Sichuan pepper and chili peppers. The flesh is tender, the fat is moist, and the spiciness is explosive. Do not be deceived by its elegant appearance; the inside is fiery.
(Spicy Beef Stew) Tender beef full of flavor, finished in the Sichuan style 'Shuizhu' with intense spiciness. The aroma of Sichuan pepper, chili, and herbs rises, while a rich heat overwhelms. Perfect for those who want to enjoy a serious battle of spiciness and flavor.
Our kushikatsu uses the brand pork 'Kome no Musume Buta' from Yamagata. The meat is tender, and the sweet fat melts in your mouth. Additionally, we use plenty of seasonal local vegetables, wrapped in a light and crispy batter. We recommend eating it with salt to enjoy the flavor of the ingredients.
