Grilled gizzard on a hot plate. It's grilled with salt, and when the meat juices mix with the salt that comes out during grilling, it creates a delicious grilled salt that enhances the flavor.

A fluffy dish made by mixing yam and egg yolk, grilled on a hot plate, wrapped in seaweed sourced from Tokushima, and served with wasabi soy sauce. This is an original menu item from Fuji.
Sliced black Wagyu beef is grilled with plenty of vegetables. Enjoy it refreshingly with homemade ponzu sauce.
Winter limited menu. 100g of Black Wagyu is cooked shabu-shabu style in a special pot made of aluminum foil on a hot plate. We also recommend adding meat curry udon. After enjoying the shabu-shabu small pot and meat curry udon, you'll be completely full. This is a popular menu item with a high repeat rate.
Enjoy a generous serving of Asahi Super Dry in a 435ml medium mug. The size of medium mugs can vary by establishment (some use 360ml), but we use a larger mug here.
Freshly squeezed lemon, lime, grape, Calpis
Includes classic flavors like grapefruit, sudachi, lime, and orange, as well as seasonal varieties.
Instead of ice, we use one whole frozen cut lemon. Since there is no ice, it won't become watery when you drink it. Feel free to refill just the contents from the second cup onwards. The second cup, when the frozen lemon has started to melt, might be the most delicious.

A limited edition sake from Hakutsuru available only at restaurants. Made with Yamadanishiki rice, it is delicious both as a hot sake and as a chilled sake.
