The shop specializing in oyaki, quietly located in a residential area, has a style where you choose your menu at the entrance. When I first visited, the owner kindly offered a warm sample of dried daikon oyaki, which warmed my heart with their kindness. The combination of the chewy skin and the well-seasoned filling is excellent, and I believe that even those who are not fond of nozawana can enjoy it deliciously. It's delightful that even when taken home frozen and warmed up, it regains the aroma and elasticity of being freshly made. With a rich variety of options like gyoza, eggplant, and sweet red bean paste, there's joy in choosing. The owner's passion, who started making oyaki after retirement, is conveyed in every bite, making it a wonderful shop.
