The interior has a counter and tables, creating a lively and comfortable atmosphere. There are various types of dumplings, and it's fun to compare those that pair well with beer and those that go well with lemon sour. The skin is fragrant and easy to eat in bite-sized pieces, and the dumplings meant for lemon sour are packed with garlic flavor, which was satisfying. The signature stews and fried foods are abundant, and the skewered cutlets and ham cutlets have a crispy coating, which I particularly like. The appetizer of negitoro (minced tuna with green onions) mixed with pickled daikon and mayonnaise has a rich flavor and a crunchy texture that is addictive. The ramen features a fragrant soy sauce soup, chewy whole wheat noodles, and melt-in-your-mouth chashu, which all go well together and were very delicious.
