The style is solely based on course meals, and each dish that comes out is thoughtfully prepared. Seasonal ingredients appear one after another, and just looking at the menu is exciting. The appetizer platter features a well-balanced arrangement of cannonball jellyfish, white pickled vegetables, spicy chicken, fried white shrimp, and century egg tofu. The mapo tofu is served in a hot clay pot, allowing the flavor to seep well into the porous tofu, which can be adjusted to taste with special chili and Sichuan pepper. The steamed squid with black bean sauce, Spanish mackerel with doubanjiang cumin sauce, sweet and sour pork, and squid ink fried rice also leave a lasting impression. You can also enjoy yellow wine and Shaoxing wine, which pair very well with the dishes.
