The dishes convey the quality of the ingredients, and from the first bite, it’s exciting. The handmade pasta has a great texture, and the combination of lamb and summer vegetables is aromatic and delightful. The meat dishes, such as pâté and sausage, are full of flavor and have an enjoyable texture. The dish with white asparagus and truffles has a wonderful aroma that lingers. The roasted duck and sautéed pork have a perfect balance of spices and sauces. There are many wine options available, and they pair very well with the dishes.
