Originally a daily limited menu item since the opening, Duck Salt Ramen has become a regular menu item due to its high popularity. It features slices of roasted duck chashu and a light salt-flavored soup. This ramen is rich in the flavor of duck and salt.

Soybeans and fried onions marinated in chili oil. We can adjust the spiciness level from mildly spicy to extremely spicy, so please feel free to let us know your preference. For those who love spicy food but end up sweating when they eat it. Please take a look. Tissues are available.

This is our signature menu. We increase the amount of chicken thigh chashu and fatty pork belly chashu, simmered until tender, on top of Chinese ramen. It is topped with a semi-soft boiled egg marinated in bonito broth. A slightly indulgent topping version.

Chicken bones with chicken meat are slowly simmered to carefully remove any impurities. Eight types of vegetables are added and further simmered, then finished with a soup made by combining bonito flakes, dried sardines, and flying fish broth. Special order high-hydration aged noodles are used for the noodles.

Freshly sourced vegetables will be generously topped on your dish.
