Giù a Sud | Bistrot nei Sassi

Giu a Sud -bistrot nei sassi- serves Southern Italian home-style cooking in an intimate setting nestled among Matera’s historic rocks. The kitchen highlights fresh regional dishes such as homemade pasta, bean and vegetable specialties, and classic desserts. Diners mention well-paired local wines, considerate young service, and atmospheric views over the Sassi, especially in the evening.
