We serve freshly made sushi with all natural ingredients.
You will leave with a clean and beautiful body and mind. The owner, Koichiro Monma, who was chosen as the best chef (Hitosara), will put his whole heart and soul into preparing your meal.
The owner's recommendation: owl roast with a sirloin steak that is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside after six hours of cooking, served with soba noodles, sashimi, tempura, owl roast, pickles, bowl, and dessert.
Appetizer Soba noodle Tempura Fukuro-yaki (300g sirloin steak), crispy on the outside and plump on the inside, grilled slowly for 6 hours. Sushi with red vinegar rice (3 pieces), bowl of rice topped with grated radish, pickles, dessert (handmade by the proprietress), tea, and more.
We serve freshly fried food with salt, tempura sauce, or curry salt, depending on how much you want to eat and how long you want to eat it. To top off your meal, choose from tenbara-don, tencha, tendon, or soba noodles. All ingredients are left to the owner's discretion.
It comes with a small owl roast. Sirloin: 6 hours of cooking, crispy on the outside, plump on the inside, and the texture is unlike anything you've ever tasted before.
