Our signature fluffy hamburger steak and creamed mushrooms in a jar set with oven-baked cake wrapped in bread You can eat all the sauce from the hamburger steak with Grivi bread.
This is a [Chef's Recommended Course] carefully selected by Leblanc. The contents include a total of 9 kinds of dishes starting from amusement and ending with dessert. Course reservations must be made by the day before, for a minimum of two people, and one drink must be ordered.

A popular menu item at Ruburan, the Grivi set menu has been enjoyed by the famous Reiko Takashima. This highly popular dish features pork loin shabu-shabu served with a special chef's sauce. This menu includes the signature Grivi and a cake for dessert.
A hamburger with a new texture that the chef has arrived at through years of experience. We are particular about the ratio of minced meat and blend, and we slowly sauté the onions until they turn a deep color to bring out their sweetness. And above all, we do not knead the minced meat after adding it! The red wine sauce is the key! Please enjoy the fluffy new texture!
