Made with Aomori apples
A local shochu made in Aomori, the top producer of nagaimo (Japanese yam) in Japan, with an alcohol content of 20 degrees. It has a refreshing and light taste.
A special flavor of long yam shochu aged in barrels at 35 degrees. It has a mellow mouthfeel and a sweet aroma.
A genuine shochu made with carefully selected barley and barley koji, brewed only with pure and high-quality water at 25 degrees.
A 25-degree imo shochu made from the golden sweet potato 'Ougon Senkan' and fermented at low temperatures with yellow koji used in sake. It features a refreshing citrus aroma.
