The location, where you can enjoy the view of the seven mountains, is pleasant. The soba made with wild vegetables and mushrooms that grow in the mountains is well-regarded. The hand-made country soba has a good chewiness and a smooth texture. The dipping sauce is slightly sweet and has a gentle flavor. The tempura of wild vegetables conveys a slight bitterness and gentle sweetness, and it has a nice aroma. When you take your seat, tea and simmered dishes are served, and while you wait, you can also enjoy homemade pickles.
