The softly glowing lights in the residential area serve as a landmark, creating a calm atmosphere. Inside the cozy shop, centered around the counter, Western music and blues play, and there’s a guitar in the back, adding to the nice vibe. The first dish that came out was oden, with flavors soaked into the daikon and thick fried tofu, perfect for the cold season. The skewers, carefully grilled over charcoal, include chicken hearts, gizzards, pork, skin, liver, and even green peppers, all of which are fragrant and satisfying. The aromas of salt and sauce are delightful, the meat is large and juicy, making it easy to enjoy with drinks. I liked the comfortable ambiance that allows for a relaxing time, even when visiting alone, and it’s within walking distance from the station.
