In a bright dining area with a view of the sea, the spacious seating allows for a relaxing atmosphere. Since the kitchen is visible, freshly made dishes are served promptly, and you can enjoy the aromas as well. The course, utilizing local ingredients, featured beautifully presented appetizers like the sea bream marinated in kelp and a dish of lobster that was truly impressive. The meat dishes, such as the braised cheek in red wine and the fillet, were very tender, with the fragrance of Sichuan pepper providing a nice accent. The pumpkin soup and the dish of scallops and clams also reflected careful preparation, leading to high satisfaction even with the dessert. While admiring the view of the museum and the artworks displayed in the restaurant, I felt a warm appreciation for the staff's attentiveness.
