This is a calm shop with only a counter, making it easy to enter even alone. The interior is clean, and the friendly service feels good. The sashimi, including tuna, yellowtail, and salmon, is fresh and can be enjoyed with a refreshing vinegar and mozuku seaweed. Dishes like Matsumae-zuke and gari are also served on the same plate, providing a sense of satisfaction. The offal stew has a less soupy style, allowing the flavors of root vegetables and konjac to come through strongly. Paired with draft beer or lemon sour, the oysters and oden can also be enjoyed deliciously.
