Kingetsu-do Tahara Honten

We wrapped fresh large Nara strawberries 'Asukarubi' in a light white bean paste with walnuts, and soft mochi to create a perfect balance of strawberry acidity and bean paste. This is a seasonal limited edition, so please purchase it early.

The skin is castella-style, filled with plenty of large Hokkaido red beans and chestnuts, making it a Japanese-Western hybrid confectionery. It has won the Grand Prix, Minister's Award, and has been selected as one of the top 30 specialties of Yamato.

This is the jumbo version of the famous Yamamura of Yamato, one of the thirty specialties of Yamato, by Kingendo.
