As expected from a tuna wholesale shop, the tuna is incredibly fresh and has a different aroma. When you take your seat, you can casually get your own tea and wet towels, making for a relaxed experience. The signature dish, the tuna bowl, is piled high with tuna, enough to cover the rice, and it was impressive. The color and fat content of each part of the tuna change as you eat, keeping it interesting until the end. The freshly cooked rice, soy sauce, and wasabi combine simply to create a burst of happiness in your mouth. The homemade tuna salad and other small side dishes are also delightful, making it a highly satisfying restaurant.
