This product uses a generous amount of lemon paste from the famous lemon-producing region of Sicily. To enhance the lemon flavor, small diced lemon pieces are mixed in as an accent. Additionally, by adding concentrated juice, the bitterness is subdued, resulting in a gentle acidity and sweetness.
