Made using two types of chocolate from France, baked without using flour. The bottom layer is rich and moist chocolate, while the top layer is crunchy chocolate. Enjoy the two-layered texture. Served with not-too-sweet whipped cream and tangy raspberries.
Made with Hokkaido-grown chestnut pumpkin. Recommended for its rich pumpkin flavor, moderate sweetness, and smooth texture.
Using Kiri cream cheese and baked slowly for 3 hours without using flour. It has a soft, crumbly texture yet is a rich and heavy cheesecake.
A fluffy fresh cheesecake made with Nakazawa's fromage blanc. Inside, it contains raspberry pieces coated in sauce and fluffy sponge cake.
A cream made with chestnut paste, chestnut puree, and chestnut cream from the French company Sabaton. It has a sponge base filled with fresh cream and chestnuts. The subtle aroma of brandy gives it a mature flavor.
A tart crust topped with almond cream, layered with apricots, and sprinkled with crumble before baking. The crispy crumble is the highlight.
