This is a shochu bar located on the second floor at the top of a dimly lit staircase. The shelves behind the counter are lined with bottles, offering over 200 varieties of shochu. The staff is friendly and will help you choose the perfect drink based on your preferences and how you like to drink. In addition to water and hot water mixes, and on the rocks, they allow you to taste a small amount of the raw shochu to compare, making it easy to appreciate the differences in aroma and richness. Even popular brands achieve a beautiful balance of smoothness and individuality through careful storage and aging, and the sparkling glasses are also impressive. The menu on the wall and the blackboard feature snacks like tonpei-yaki, chanja, dried squid, and macaroni salad, all of which pair well with shochu.
