Each person will be served one dish at a time in a kaiseki style. You can enjoy your meal at your leisure without having to share. We accept a minimum order of 1 person. All dishes, including the 5-piece horse sashimi and liver sashimi, are served one portion at a time so that you can enjoy them to the end, and the simmered and fried dishes are served in just the right size to be eaten. This is our most popular course that allows you to enjoy a wide variety of horse meat dishes. This course may not be available without a reservation, so please make a reservation at least one day in advance, especially for parties of 5 or more. All-you-can-drink is 120 minutes / 2,000 yen (including draft beer Premium Maltz). You can make a reservation on the day of the event.
If this is your first visit to Basho-Katsuzo, this is the one for you. This is a special 7-course meal that includes horse sashimi, horse cutlet, and horse nigiri sushi. All courses are kaiseki style for one person each. The three kinds of horse sashimi are also served one plate per person, so you can enjoy them at your leisure. Please make a reservation at least one day in advance. All-you-can-drink is available for 120 minutes for an additional ¥2,000 (including draft beer Premium Malts). Reservations can be made on the day of the event.
