This is an original from Apartment Uema, made with sweet and rich Belgian potatoes fried in duck confit fat. We offer two types of dip sauces (additional 100 yen): 1) Herb Lemon Mayonnaise Sauce 2) Grain Mustard Mayonnaise Sauce. S: 600 M: 1000 L: 1500 XL: 2000
A salad made with smoked duck and strawberries. Served with a sauce reduced from balsamic vinegar and grapes.

1,000 to 1,600 yen Sparkling, White, Red, Rosé, Orange, Dessert. We always have about 10-15 varieties available. As soon as one bottle is finished, we open a different brand of glass wine recommended for that day, so the selection changes regularly. Please feel free to ask.
We do not create a wine list on purpose. We keep around 100 delicious wines in our cellar, but each one is unique and the contents of the cellar often change completely within 1 to 2 months. We stock wines ranging from 6,000 yen to over 100,000 yen, but the focus is on wines priced around 8,000 to 15,000 yen. Please feel free to let us know your budget and preferences.
