This 8-course menu includes appetizers, an assortment of chicken strips, our original tsukune (tsukune with a deliciously crunchy chicken meat and green perilla flavor), salad, fried dishes, and a dessert perfect for the end of the meal! The main dish, chiritori nabe, is a popular gem that combines the delicious taste of mixed chicken and sweetness of vegetables! Please spend a pleasant time with your close friends over delicious chicken dishes.
A total of 10 dishes including salad, chicken strips, and chiritori-nabe (a pot dish of chicken and vegetable stew). The menu is full of volume and offers excellent value for money! Chicken Nanban is made using French technique to make it moist and tender. We are proud of the tartar with its large ingredients, so please try it!
Our chicken tataki uses carefully selected 'domestic parent chicken'. We are committed to providing 'deliciousness', 'safety and security', and 'freshness'.
All of our eggs are sourced from Nagasaki's Taiyo Eggs. The richness of the yolk comes from a feed that includes natural ingredients (such as high-quality fish meal and paprika), and it contains 10 times the amount of vitamin E compared to regular eggs.
This is our original tsukune made with 100% chicken ground meat combined with house-ground chicken cartilage. Enjoy the rich aroma of plenty of shiso leaves.

Grilled chicken harami, roasted to a fragrant finish over charcoal, seasoned with a special miso, sesame oil, and a kick of pepper that creates an addictive flavor. The more you chew, the more umami spreads, and the sharp stimulation of the pepper lingers. Before you know it, you'll find it hard to stop drinking.
Fresh new onions are sliced generously and served with bonito flakes and ponzu for a refreshing taste. Finally, mix in the rich yolk of the Nagasaki Sun Egg before enjoying. The crisp sweetness of the new onions pairs perfectly with the creamy yolk.
