Although it is located along a quiet road, a warm atmosphere spreads as soon as you open the door. After taking off my shoes and stepping into the spacious tatami room, I found comfortable tables arranged, creating a relaxing environment. While gazing at the sign on the wall, I ordered cold handmade udon with tempura. The noodles, made from locally sourced flour from Saitama, have an excellent chewy texture and a fragrant grain aroma, perfectly complementing the bonito-based dipping sauce. The freshly fried vegetable tempura has a light batter and a crispy texture that makes it easy to eat with chopsticks. Despite being so close to the train tracks, the tranquility allowed me to enjoy my meal leisurely while sipping on self-serve barley tea.
