While waiting after buying a meal ticket at the vending machine, there are covered long benches, so you can relax comfortably. The moment the special Chinese noodles were served, I smiled at the aroma of dried sardines and the luxurious ingredients. The slightly cloudy soup has a gentle umami with suppressed bitterness, and the saltiness gradually spreads, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The firm, thin noodles hold the soup well, and the two types of char siu, soft-boiled egg, and seaweed are a perfect match. Finally, I adjusted the flavor with the soup on the table while finishing it off, and I left the shop very satisfied.
