This is a restaurant where you can enjoy plenty of vegetables, and every dish is satisfying. The homemade cold sauce served with the bagna càuda is perfect for the vegetables and very delicious. The sauce has a rich miso flavor, and the gentle taste of Japanese cuisine can be felt. The small yam rice flour fritters are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, which I really liked. The stir-fried shrimp and lotus root with spices has a fragrant garlic aroma and a moderate spiciness that is addictive. The five-grain rice onigiri, salad, and gyoza soup are all carefully flavored, and even though they are healthy, they are quite filling.
