At a brewery located at the foot of Mount Tsukuba, you can leisurely enjoy meals and sake. The thinly cut soba noodles are aromatic and smooth, pairing well with the flavorful dipping sauce. The Japanese cuisine enhances the flavors of the sake, making for a delightful combination. Each brand, such as 'Danjogawa' and 'Sutera', has a distinct personality, allowing you to enjoy the differences in taste. The lightly sparkling 'Awai Koi' and the expressions of rough pressing and drops are also pleasant, making you want to keep drinking. I was satisfied with the unique experience that only a brewery can offer in a quiet atmosphere.
