The homemade noodles, which are chewy and grilled to a fragrant finish, are very delicious. I enjoyed the combination of the crunchy bean sprouts and the perfectly browned noodles. When mixed with spicy sesame and egg, the spiciness and creaminess come together, adding depth to the flavor. Served in a red bowl, it also looks exciting. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but the interior is clean and calming. I can feel the popularity as phone orders for takeout keep coming in.
