In addition to sushi, we ordered various dishes such as tempura of cod milt, chawanmushi (savory egg custard), and a sashimi platter. Each and every one of them was a satisfying dish. Among them, I was particularly impressed when they said they would turn the bones of the horse mackerel into crispy snacks when they took the plate away. The head and the middle bones of the horse mackerel, seasoned to perfection, transformed into a delightful crunchy treat, which was truly moving.
On a weekday night, the two of us spent about 10,000 yen, and we were full; everything was delicious. I felt that the satisfaction level was significantly higher than going to an izakaya.
The skewers at this casual izakaya were good in terms of quality and cost performance. It was nice that orders could be placed via mobile. If I had to say something, the tables were small, so we couldn't fit everything, and it was disappointing that many items sold out quite early.
