The appearance is neat, and the flowers floating in the water bucket near the entrance create a stylish and exciting atmosphere. When I took off my shoes and stepped onto the tatami mat, I was surprised by the spaciousness that unfolded, and the old farmhouse-style ambiance was calming. After buying a meal ticket from the vending machine, I sat at the counter and chose cold Yamagata beef soba and a mini chicken tempura bowl. The thick, rustic soba had a strong chewiness, and the broth, infused with the flavor of chicken, was light and made it hard to stop eating. The freshly fried chicken tempura had a crispy batter, and even with just salt, the tenderness of the meat's sweetness was fully appreciated. I heard there are limited-time menus that change with the seasons, so I'm looking forward to what combinations I will encounter next.
