Ramen noodles with green onion and white rice (small) This was my first visit to a ramen restaurant. I had been feeling discomfort in my throat all day at work, so I chose the green onion ramen in the hopes that the leek, garlic, and ginger would help me win. LOL! I wasn't sure what to expect, so I went with "normal" for everything. It was like nothing I had ever had before! I guess it's seasoned with an eye toward having white rice as well! Lots of flavor altering goodies on the table. Two kinds of garlic, sesame seeds, soy sauce, ginger, vinegar, etc... I used all of them in order. Remembering the words of a senior Ihekei Ramen master, "It's good to soak seaweed in the soup and eat it wrapped around rice," I put them into practice. I also tried rice x roasted ginger x mayo on the way. Fun. LOL!

Inaba is going to the Inaba family. Somehow embarrassing.
