Our classic tonkotsu ramen!! The simplest ramen since our establishment, featuring thin noodles that are well coated in a creamy tonkotsu soup. Topped with homemade chashu, green onions, and sesame seeds, the slight spiciness of our homemade meat miso further enhances the flavor of the tonkotsu ramen.

For the above menu, you can have extra large noodles for an additional 210 yen from regular to special size. Please note that extra large noodles are not available for other ramen dishes.

(Summer limited) Yamagami Yamato's summer staple menu, 'Ramen-ya no Bukkake,' is popular every year ♪ Topped with homemade Bukkake (beef tendon and konjac stewed in soy sauce base) and grated domestic yam, bean sprouts, green onions, and onsen tamago, this 'bukkake' is a popular dish that is gentle on the stomach, neither hot nor cold, and loved by many!!
Currently, we are not selling this item as we are offering a limited-time ramen called 'Charred Spicy Miso'. Tantanmen made with tonkotsu soup base is a unique flavor! The tantan mince, made by blending several types of chili peppers with ground meat, is homemade.
