In a calm shop with only a counter, you can leisurely enjoy a course of skewers. The chicken breast is slightly red in the center and moist, with excellent cooking. The chicken wings have a fragrant skin and are juicy inside, making them the best. The thigh is thick and juicy, and the vegetable skewers, such as eggplant and hot green onions, are also very delicious. The liver is smooth and not dry, while the gizzard has a pleasant crunch that pairs well with the sauce. In addition to minced meat rice and grilled rice balls in tea soup, there is also wine that goes well with grilled chicken, making for a happy time until the end.
