It is a bit far from the station, but you can spend time here in a calm atmosphere. There is a counter, making it easy to use even if you are alone. The obanzai (traditional Japanese side dishes) are varied, with a twist on home-cooked flavors that makes it enjoyable. The beef tongue is thick and very tender, with a good balance of salt, and you can enjoy variations in flavor with green onions and miso. There are memorable small dishes like kinpira of mushrooms and fried eggplant in broth. Finally, when you have the salmon and chives mixed rice ball, you will feel fully satisfied.
