When I entered the shop, I was relieved to be welcomed by a bright atmosphere. The handmade dumplings arranged in a circle were crispy on the outside, and their appearance whetted my appetite. With the first bite, the juices from the meat spread out, allowing me to enjoy the fluffy skin and rich flavors of the filling together. When paired with freshly cooked rice and a gentle-tasting miso soup, it was a combination that made it hard to put down my chopsticks. I also enjoyed homemade kimchi and cod roe salad, which added a nice spicy accent. It was simple yet well-crafted as a set meal, and I left very satisfied.
