Using the power of firewood, the owner bakes it in a handmade stone oven, which gives each loaf a unique color. It is made with natural yeast, only Japanese flour, and a method that does not use fats. It is delicious even without anything added, and it pairs excellently with dishes. It has a strong presence, yet the flavor is not tiresome even if eaten every day. To enjoy the simple, balanced, fresh taste of the bread itself, we decided to offer it as a plate that allows you to savor the bread simply.
