[Umeichirin Shuzo] Umeichirin Shuzo in Sanmu City, Chiba Prefecture was established in the first year of the Meiji era (1868). The brand name was named after a haiku by the poet Aransetsu Hattori, 'The warmth of a single plum blossom.' We carefully select sake rice as the raw material and strive to make good sake that utilizes the craftsmanship of handcrafting. We brew over 40 types of sake, including ultra-premium daiginjo, ginjo junmai, namazake, junmai-shu, nigori sake, freshly squeezed namazake, and Kassen Umeichirin.
