The calm atmosphere enhanced by the storehouse is very lovely. There is a wide variety of products, including soy sauce, miso, soba, and smoked pickles, making it enjoyable to look at. You can taste diluted miso soup, broth, and soba dipping sauce, which allows you to clearly understand the differences in flavor. In the free rest area of the library storehouse, you can enjoy tea, miso soup, and a platter of pickles, allowing for a relaxing time. The soy sauce ice cream has a good balance of flavors and is very delicious. The explanations about the history and traditional methods of production are thorough, and you can feel the dedication.
