In a refined and comfortable space, the display of birch crafts and bent wood catches the eye. You can watch the cooking progress in front of the iron plate, enjoying the sounds and aromas. The grilled vegetables stand out with their sweetness, and the chijimi spinach and fukutachi greens had a great crunch. The unique texture of the marbled abalone mushrooms and the richness of the flavor and juices from the wagyu steak made my heart dance.
